Hi, I am Navneet. I am a certified business psychologist, coach, and yoga teacher, and I blend coaching theory and business psychology with holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork to support you with practical tools you can use in your daily life to enhance concentration, focus, and energy, and to reduce stress.
I have personally received numerous hours of coaching, and for me, it was a completely transformative experience. It was exactly what I needed to move forward with my goals and aspirations, and I will work with you to put your plans in action!

What is coaching?

Coaching is a non-directive collaborative partnership with a commitment to growth. In coaching, the coach does not tell you what to do. Instead, they listen actively and ask questions to support you in making effective decisions to achieve growth in your personal and professional life. They also provide useful tools and techniques to help you reach your goals and empower you to be accountable for actions that move you closer to the outcomes you want to achieve.

Who is coaching aimed at?

Anyone at any job level or at any point in their life can benefit from coaching, including individuals seeking focus, purpose, and clarity, as well as entrepreneurs, teams, and business leaders who may engage in coaching to solve specific problems. Coaching is focused on your needs and is adapted accordingly.
Some people explore coaching to improve their personal or professional relationships, others may explore coaching to improve their health or career, or to set up a business. Whatever the goal, a coach can help you decide and commit to getting to where you want to be in life.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is forward-looking. Coaching helps you reflect on where you are now, identify gaps, and close them to get you to where you want to be in life. Therapy typically looks at past situations to help you heal from trauma or emotional distress.

How many sessions will I need?

Coaching is aimed at equipping you with the tools you need to support yourself and is therefore not a long-term commitment. Some people opt for short-term coaching, which is 12 sessions, and this will give you the foundational tools to help you on your journey. However, the number of sessions you require will depend on your individual goals. Coaching usually ranges from 3-6 months (with a one-hour session every week or every fortnight), depending on your needs. After this time, you may come back for one-off appointments to explore new issues that arise. Or if you have a range of things you want to work on, it could expand beyond this timeframe. You may also return to coaching when you pursue a new life goal and want additional guidance, such as business coaching.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Each coaching session is tailored to your individual needs. You may engage in coaching to find focus and purpose in your career, build a business, find love, or improve your motivation and lifestyle habits. Whatever the reason for coaching, we adapt our sessions accordingly. In a coaching session, we will explore your objectives and set specific goals you want to work towards. Each week, we will set a goal for you to be accountable for. It doesn’t have to be a huge goal - instead, we focus on making small shifts that will eventually compound and lead to a big impact over time. In our sessions, we will explore evidence-based coaching techniques and tools to help you thrive. This will also enable us to understand what truly motivates you and why achieving these goals matters to you. This can help you find clarity and drive you towards your purpose.

Is it confidential?

We keep coaching calls confidential unless there is a legal obligation to disclose their contents, such as if you disclose that you are going to harm yourself or others.

What results can I expect?

Coaching can be a transformative process, and making small shifts in behaviour now can result in long-lasting change and have a big impact over time. Coaching can help you move from feeling stuck to acting and empower you to live the life you want.
After each meeting, you will commit to a positive action that will get you closer to your goals. It is about making progress each day, and that progress can eventually compound and be life-changing.
