About the Speaker

About Navneet

Navneet Rai is a multi-award-winning Certified Business Psychologist, Associate member of the CIPD, advanced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), founder of Flowy Consulting, researcher, coach, and keynote speaker—on a mission to help people and workplaces thrive. She is a British Psychological Society (BPS) speaker and a recipient of the BPS Excellence in Occupational Psychology award.
She combines evidence-based practice with ancient holistic practices to deliver workplace interventions. Having travelled the world and learning from diverse cultures, she understands what it truly means to be well.
She has had many early challenges, being dyslexic and having ADHD, not being able to read or write at age 7. Still, she has surpassed expectations academically, including winning Rob Stammer’s Outstanding Performance in Occupational Psychology award at the University of Leicester, an academic award for her master’s degree given only to the top performer with the highest GPA in her year group.

She has also suffered from a significant bereavement from the loss of her father at a young age, and chronic stress and burnout led her to develop fibroids and have a near-death experience. These experiences led her to believe that life’s challenges can destroy your health if you let them, but that, in turn, we can restore our health through the practice of manifestation, breathwork, yoga, and deep meditation. She draws on a deep understanding of the many challenges people face and how to rise above them. She helps people cope with life’s challenges by providing tools and working with them at the individual, team, leadership, and organisational levels.
