Women's Health

We run women's health workshops to raise awareness on women's health, including menopause awareness and menstrual health disorders. We run workshops to raise awareness on PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis.
We run separate workshops tailored to colleagues and managers.

Communication & Connection

Relational Mindfulness

We run workshops in relational mindfulness, which bring concepts of being present and aware, and practising non-judgment to work-related communications. The practice of being aware and non-judgmental can enhance work relationships, offering understanding and improved listening and communication skills, fostering healthier workplace relationships.

Diversity Awareness Workshops

We believe that everyone should have the chance to thrive and that by embracing differences and diversity of thought, workplaces prosper.
We run diversity awareness workshops for staff, including unconscious bias training and neurodiversity awareness workshops. We also run workshops on neurodiversity strengths so that employers can utilise the strengths of neurodiverse thinking and teams, such as creativity and big-picture thinking, which can enhance a team's innovation and effectiveness.
Individual differences can spark creativity and new ways of working and should be embraced for optimal performance.

Yoga Philosophy Workshops

We run workshops on yoga philosophy and yogic and Ayurvedic concepts, which can be beneficial for people exploring alternative and preventative medicine. We also run workshops on relational mindfulness, which can benefit teams looking to improve their listening and communication skills and strengthen workplace relationships and collaboration.
