Our Offerings

Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork

We run corporate yoga, meditation and breathwork activities and cater to the needs of your workforce and spaces. An expert business psychologist informs our yoga, and we can combine coaching practices and scientific theory in our interventions to suit the business needs.
We also offer practices alongside stress management workshops for staff. We can adapt the length and duration of sessions to cater to business needs, and classes can be face-to-face or online.

Yoga

Our yoga classes usually incorporate yoga postures, meditation, and breathwork, but we can offer meditation and breathwork individually where required.

Meditation

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a deep, restorative, meditative practice with no movement. It is a fully guided meditation, making it very easy for beginners to practice. It is also easy to implement online, making it an excellent option for teams in different areas and a perfect fit for a corporate meditation offering.
For enhanced receptivity, Yoga Nidra is best practised lying down in semi-darkness, making it ideal for staff working from home. If that is not possible, we can also adapt Yoga Nidra to a seated position. We can work within the time constraints you have at work and offer in-person and online Yoga Nidra. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

The Benefits

Yoga Nidra Typically Includes

Mindful Breathing & Relaxation

Release feelings of overwhelm and find calm through guided breathing and deep relaxation techniques.

Rotation of Consciousness

Awareness of all body parts and rotation across all of them, similar to a full body scan meditation.

Counting of Breaths

A structured breathing count that anchors attention and deepens your state of restful awareness.

Awareness of Opposite Feelings and Sensations

Experience heaviness and lightness, warmth and coolness — balancing both hemispheres of the brain.

Visualisations

We often include Chakra visualisations to clear blockages in the energy centres.

Relaxation and Breath Awareness

Gently return to full awareness feeling restored, grounded, and deeply refreshed.

Science-Backed Practice

Research-Informed Yoga Nidra

Our Yoga Nidra is informed by our Principal Business Psychologist, who has conducted scientific research in the field, finding that it significantly improves wellbeing and reduces stress in the workplace. She also won a prestigious award of Excellence in Occupational Psychology from the BPS for this research project.
Yoga Nidra has significant benefits for sleep quality, and is the deepest form of meditation, and, when practised lying down, can allow people to access their delta brainwaves for enhanced restoration.

Present Moment Awareness

Mindfulness Meditation

We offer a range of mindfulness meditations, including seated meditations and the body scan, which is performed lying down. We can also offer mindfulness workshops and coach employees on techniques they can utilise throughout their workdays to reduce stress and minimise feelings of overwhelm.
We also offer relational mindfulness workshops that help employees apply mindfulness awareness and non-judgmental listening to enhance workplace relationships and collaboration.

Science-Backed Practice

Chair yoga

Chair yoga can be brilliant for a corporate yoga class, as there is no need for mats, and special equipment and stretches can be performed while seated. To complement the practice, chairs can also be used as props whilst standing. It is surprising how much energy you can get from simply doing a few stretches in chair yoga.
We also tend to incorporate poses that release tension in the back, which is comforting for office workers who spend time hunched over laptops and computers. Chair yoga is highly beneficial and can be incorporated at work and carried out during short breaks. In this practice, we can also incorporate meditation and breathwork practices that employees can utilise in their working days.

Restore & Refocus

Corporate Breathwork

We offer a range of breathwork practices and can teach students easy-to-use practices to restore calm during the working day.
Breathwork can be a beneficial tool and technique for destressing, calming the nervous system, and enhancing focus.
Breathwork can be incorporated into your yoga practice or practised on its own. In a breathwork session, we typically incorporate mindfulness, movement, and breathing exercises.

Why Choose Us

Benefits of Our Yoga

Our yoga is science-backed, led by a multi-award-winning certified business psychologist, advanced yoga teacher and Yoga Alliance continuing education provider. We can combine yoga with other experiential learning activities, such as coaching, self-compassion, and relational mindfulness, and we will work with your business to tailor it to your specific requirements.
The founder’s own research also informs our yoga. Our founder has completed scientific research measuring the effects of a Yoga Nidra intervention on the well-being and stress of hybrid and remote workers and comparing them to a group that did not complete the intervention. The research found that those who completed the intervention significantly improved their well-being and reduced their stress, while the control group showed no changes. This research also won an Excellence in Occupational Psychology Award from the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology.

Team Building & Wellbeing

Retreats & Away Days

We deliver corporate away days and retreats that incorporate team coaching activities, relational mindfulness, and self-compassion exercises. These are designed to be bespoke and can be conducted at various locations, including the employer’s address or scenic nature retreats.
We incorporate gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork, offering attendees not only a relaxing experience but also practical tools they can take away and implement in the workplace. We offer retreats for leaders at all levels and employees at differing job levels.
